This means participating on Friday live zoom events with all the students around the globe and with that weeks instructors. We look at the life of Jesus for our model of authentic servant leadership. You will better know yourself, your gifts and your strengths while gaining leadership skills and putting action to your passions for ministry. The cohort students will continue to interact with the online students as they would in every Online SOBE. NEXT, also known as the School of Ministry Development (SOMD), focuses on leadership and character growth. The cohort will also include a couple field trips to missional businesses near the YWAM campus. Several of the 12 weeks of instruction will be facilitated by the speaker teaching in the online videos. Many of these class times will be facilitated by a SOBE staff person. This will allow them to process together in more depth what they are learning. Student will meet together daily in a classroom to take the online course together. This will be our first ever bi-lingual (English/Portuguese) SOBE done in partnership with YWAM Brazil. Student who want more live elements to the school will want to consider the coming to the YWAM campus in Curitiba (Brazil) to take the online school this way. We now offer a cohort option to our 12-week Online SOBE. You can get a degree in Arts and Sports, Christian Ministries, Communication, Counseling and Health Care. YWAM’s University of the Nations (UofN) has 650 campuses that offer university level courses. At the completion of the school, the student has a completed written business plan and an oral presentation that they can use to launch their business. Youth With A Mission (YWAM) was started so that young people could pursue their God-given callings. SOBE staff and our network of BAM coaches work with each student individually to help them develop this business idea. Pioneered globally in YWAM at our campus in 2014, the SOBE is a ground-breaking secondary course that introduces fundamental core business topics such as Marketing, Relational Sales, Operations and Fulfillment, Product Development, Brand Management, Lean Startup, Human Resource Management, Business Finance, Introduction to Business as Mission, The Biblical Purpose and Values of Business, Integrating the Business and the Mission and Apostolic Entrepreneurship.
